This was originally a commission piece of the standout dead tree around half way on the return journey from Bunbury to Perth. I grew to love with this tree as a subject as for a dead tree it has so much life and character.
First painted in 2010 I would revisit this subject over and over stopping regularly to take new photos and explore different light and angles.
